At All Tech Consultancy (ATC), customer privacy is paramount. Whether you book residential AC cleaning at your home or engage us for corporate building HVAC maintenance, we protect your personal and location data with strict protocols.
2. Information We Collect
We only collect data necessary to dispatch technicians and fulfill warranty obligations:
- Contact Details: Full name, phone number, and optional WhatsApp number for service updates.
- Service Address: Apartment, building name, road, and area in Dhaka or Bangladesh for technician dispatch.
- Equipment Specifications: AC brand, capacity (e.g. 1.5 Ton), compressor type (Inverter/Non-inverter), and repair history to maintain your equipment warranty logs.
3. Strict In-Home Privacy & Technician Conduct Code
ATC technicians are strictly prohibited from photographing, recording, or sharing any imagery of clients’ private residences, personal belongings, or family members.
Diagnostic photographs taken on-site are strictly limited to the technical machinery (indoor cooling coil, outdoor condenser, pressure manifold gauges) solely for quality audit and warranty filing.
4. Zero Third-Party Data Selling
We will never sell, lease, or distribute your phone number or service history to third-party telemarketers or advertising brokers. Your information remains strictly confined to ATC’s internal dispatch and customer care system.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Rights
Customer records are retained during the duration of your equipment warranty (up to 10 years for new compressors). You may request the modification or removal of your contact details by calling our customer care center at 01884613546 or emailing borhanarman76@gmail.com.
