Question 1

How quickly can an ATC technician arrive at my premises in Dhaka?

Accepted Answer

Our express dispatch hubs are located right at Elephant Road (Bata Signal), Dhanmondi, Gulshan, Uttara, and Mirpur. Typical arrival time is within 45 to 60 minutes from your call, 24/7.

Question 2

What is included in the AC Deep Jet Wash service?

Accepted Answer

Our jet wash includes chemical dismounting/cleansing of indoor cooling coils and air blower, outdoor condenser fin high-pressure wash, drainage line unblocking, electrical terminal check, and digital grill temperature testing.

Question 3

Do you provide a warranty on repairs and gas refilling?

Accepted Answer

Yes! All executed repair work, spare part replacements, and refrigerant recharges come with an unconditional 30-Day Service Warranty. If your cooling falters, our senior supervisor visits free of charge.

Question 4

How can I buy brand new ACs at warehouse wholesale prices?

Accepted Answer

Because ATC is an official direct engineering partner with brands like Gree, General, Daikin, Walton, and Haier, we bypass showroom middlemen markups. You receive 100% genuine factory-sealed boxes with official brand warranty cards.

Question 5

What makes ATC's pre-owned ACs reliable?

Accepted Answer

Every pre-owned unit undergoes a rigorous 32-point engineering inspection: copper coil integrity, compressor compression test, nitrogen leak test, and new OEM capacitor replacement. We back every certified unit with a 1-Year replacement warranty.

Question 6

Are your technicians background checked and employed in-house?

Accepted Answer

100% yes. We do not use third-party freelance mechanics. Every technician is directly employed by ATC, wears an official branded uniform, and carries an authorized ID badge with a digital QR code.
